Directions to Our Office

206 S. Tennesse, McKinney, Texas 75069

Our office is in a two-story red brick building with a flat grey roof, just off the SW corner of Davis St. and S. Tennessee St., two blocks South of the Downtown Square.

We are on the West side of S. Tennessee St. Across the street from us on S. Tennessee (the SE quadrant) is a new brick multi-story complex.

Immediately North of us (the SW corner) is a vacant lot. Across Davis St. from that lot is Burton Place, a historic home.

Immediately South of us is an older home currently used as a medical office (an antique ambulance is on the property).

From Allen, Plano, Richardson, Dallas:

Take HWY 75 (Central Expressway) North to McKinney. Take Exit 39A and go right (East) onto El Dorado Parkway for 3 miles, then turn left (North) onto McDonald St. After only 1/10th of a mile, take a slight turn through a stop sign, to continue straight onto Tennessee St. (rather than veering right with McDonald). 206 S. Tennessee is one mile further, on the left, just before you get to Davis St. If you miss the turn and continue right with McDonald, then after about 1.5 miles you will turn left onto Davis, and then turn left again at Tennessee.

From Melissa, Anna, Sherman:

Take HWY 75 (Central Expressway) SOUTH to McKinney. Take Exit 39A and turn left (east) over HWY 75 and onto El Dorado Parkway. After 3 miles, turn left (north) onto McDonald St. After only 1/10th of a mile, take a slight left through a stop sign, to continue straight onto Tennessee St. (rather than veering right with McDonald). 206 S. Tennessee is one mile further, on the left. If you miss the turn and continue right with McDonald, then after about 1.5 miles you will turn left onto Davis, and then turn left again at Tennessee.

Alternate: Take HWY 75 (Central Expressway) SOUTH to McKinney. Take Exit 43 and go left (south/east) onto TX-195/Laud Howell Pkwy (old CR 543), 1 mile, then right (south) at HWY 5/McDonald. Continue on HWY 5/McDonald past Hwy 380/University, about 3 miles total, and turn right (west) onto Davis St. (just after the downtown Virginia/Louisiana turns).

From Princeton, Farmersville (another option for Melissa, Anna):

Proceed to the intersection of HWY 5 and HWY 380/University in McKinney, then go South on HWY 5, which becomes McDonald St., and turn right (west) onto Davis St. (which is just after the downtown Virginia/Louisiana turns).

From Frisco, The Colony, Ft. Worth:

Take Hwy 121E/N – Sam Rayburn Tollway to McKinney, and continue after the Tollway ends and becomes Spur 399-E/HWY 5/McDonald St. --  past Hwy 75, past the hospital, then curving left (north) as you approach the Eldorado/Industrial intersection. Go THROUGH that intersection, then after only 1/10th of a mile, take a slight turn through a stop sign, to continue straight onto Tennessee St.  (rather than veering right with McDonald). 206 S. Tennessee is one mile further, on the left, just before you get to Davis St. If you miss the turn and continue right with McDonald, then after about 1.5 miles you will turn left onto Davis, and then turn left again at Tennessee.

From Frisco, Prosper, Denton:

Take HWY 380/University east to McKinney. Continue under HWY 75 to McDonald/Hwy 5 and turn right (South). Continue about 2 miles on McDonald. Turn right (west) onto Davis St. (just after the downtown Virginia/Louisiana turns), then left (south) onto Tennessee. Our office is immediately on your right.

Alternate Route

From any direction on HWY 75, take Exit 40A onto Virginia/Louisiana and then go EAST – becoming Louisiana, one way, to historic downtown McKinney Square.

As you approach downtown, turn right onto Church or Kentucky, then left onto Davis, then right onto Tennessee. Our office is immediately on your right.

HWY Exit numbers frequently change. Use the street name for your exit in the event of a conflict.
